Review records your child adds

Approve books, notes, and finished schoolwork before they join your homeschool records.

Open this area in Commonplace

When a student adds a book, journal note, or finished assignment from My Day, Commonplace keeps it in Ready for You until a teacher reviews it. Everyday chores and rotation items stay on the checklist and never enter this review queue.

  1. 1

    Open Ready for You

Use the review notice on the Dashboard when something is waiting, or open Ready for You directly. The number shows how many records still need a look.

  2. 2

    Review the details

Check the child, date, record type, title, and any note or work they included.

  3. 3

    Approve a record

Choose Approve when the entry is ready. It becomes part of the homeschool records used by the matching section and reports.

  4. 4

    Send it back when needed

Add an optional note and choose Send Back when the child should revise or reconsider the entry.

  5. 5

    Use the history filters

Switch among Ready for you, Approved, Sent back, and All review history whenever you need to find an earlier decision.
